Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute delivers intensive, hands-on training programs in classic culinary techniques.

Our students develop their technical skills by watching professional chefs prepare recipes in demo theatres equipped with close circuit cameras, mirrors and audio systems.

Then students practice making the same dish in our world class kitchens equipped with individual workstations.
