Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa offers a variety of programs to suit your every need. We offer specialized programs in disciplines of Cuisine and Pâtisserie; as well as a comprehensive double-diploma program called ‘Le Grand Diplôme’. Our most recent addition is the new Professional program called 'Le Grand Diplôme Professionnel' - it is a program created to provide our students with the necessary elements for a successful career as aspirinig chefs. Finally, we recognize that there are those who are short on time or who cannot afford to be away from work too long; in support of that we have introduced a program called Intensive Course. This program runs annually and begins in November - register now!
Our traditional Classic Cycle program has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills through a hands-on practical approach in state of the art facilities and under the mentorship and guidance of our Master Chefs. As a student you can earn either a Diploma in Cuisine (Diplôme de Cuisine) or a Diploma in Pâtisserie (Diplôme de Pâtisserie) within the Classic Cycle program. There is also the possibility of receiving Certificates to suit your learning style. We believe that a strong foundation is a key factor to success. Once our students are comfortable and confidents with the foundational basics, we encourage them to experiment and find their own style!
