At Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, students receive an amazingly well-rounded culinary education that prepares them for the finest opportunities in the food-service industry.

Our classes are staged in uniquely designed and professionally equipped kitchens with a chef to student ratio of one to sixteen. Defining factors of our program are our Master Chefs themselves who bring extensive international experience from Michelin starred restaurants as well as the catering and gastronomic food-service industry.

Here, we believe in a 'real-life' approach to education. Each week our Superior students challenge their skills at our onsite application restaurant- bistroCordonBleu. This vital step in which our students learn client-relations, meal preparation and dining room service gives them that added edge as they strive to make their dreams come true with the help of Le Cordon Bleu!


Programs & Courses

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa offers the highly reputed Classic Cycle program. There are two areas of specialization within this program - Cuisine and Pâtisserie. Students graduate from the Classic Cycle program with either a Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie. There are 3 levels of certification for each diploma: Basic, Intermediate & Superior. Each level can be completed in 3 months.

Students who choose to pursue both areas of specialization obtain Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu. Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu is an unparalleled learning program and an empowering personal experience. Taken either over nine or eighteen months, students will progress through the 3 levels of Basic, Intermediate and Superior studying both French cuisine and Pâtisserie.
