Pastry Basic Certificate intensive

The intensive Pastry Certificate consists in completing the Basic Pastry Certificate but in, approximately, a month. It is a very demanding program in which you will have class five days a week, from Monday to Friday. As well as it happens in ordinary entries, from the first day you will attend to practical sessions according to what you have been taught in de demonstration.

By completing the Intensive Pastry Certificate you may also obtain the Pastry Diploma by passing both the Intemediate and the Superior certificates. Whenever you have reached the Superior, you will obtain the Diploma.

Its duration is 4 weeks (120 hours). Each week the student will have 5 demonstration sessions and 5 practical sessions of 3 hours each. The schedule is between 8.30am and 7.00pm.
