Korean Documentary about Le Cordon Bleu London
Award winning producer makes documentary about his experience at Le Cordon Bleu London.
An award winning Korean TV Producer enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu London, and decided to share his experience by making a documentary. The film was featured on “KBS Special”; a weekly documentary program first aired in 1994 and has since become the household name for Korean documentaries. It first aired on the 1st of April 2012, on Korean Nationwide channel KBS 1TV.
The program was titled “The birth of a chef”, and focused on “500 days at Le Cordon Bleu London”. The documentary was about KBS TV producer Wook-Jung Lee’s experience at the Le Cordon Bleu London Campus. He filmed the story of himself and also his classmates, who came from more than 20 different countries all over the world.
Producer Wook- Jung Lee is well known for his award winning documentary “Noodle Road”, which in 2009 won an award from the Korean Broadcasting System, and recognition from the Asian Pacific Broadcasting Association.
Mr. Wook -Jung Lee enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu London in 2010, studying our Basic Cuisine and Basic Patisserie courses. After this he chose to focus on cuisine, so took both the Intermediate and Superior Cuisine courses. Later that year, he earned his Cuisine Diploma.
Back in 2010, our London Campus was based at 114 Marylebone Lane. Today, thanks to our new building, we are proud to maintain the finest in culinary arts education, whilst also offering state of the art facilities. Our new London Campus is located at 15 Bloomsbury Square, only a minute’s walk away from the British Museum. It offers our students the best possible experience in culinary learning and also a prime location in London.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to book a tour of our Campus, where one of our representatives will be more than happy to show you our school.
