Requirements

Prospective students must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have completed high school or equivalent. A high school equivalency test will be administered if the prospective student does not have a high school diploma or the equivalent.

To apply for a certificate or diploma program you must submit the following information:

• A completed and signed application form;
• A $500.00 CAD application fee for each course or program that you would like to register for
  
• A résumé (curriculum vitae): previous culinary experience is not essential
• A statement of motivation - a letter describing the reasons why you would like to attend Le Cordon Bleu and a list of some of your future culinary goals (500 words max.)
• Proof of high school completion, or equivalent; a photocopy of a diploma or school transcripts will suffice

Length of Processing Time

The registration process can take up to two weeks. It can take up to four weeks for the registration package to arrive to some international addresses. International students, please allow yourself at least three to four months to apply for a student visa after recieving your acceptance package. Please contact the Admissions Office or indicate on your application if you would like to pay to have your registration package sent by courier instead.
