Grand Dîplome Professionnel: Designed for the aspiring chef, the Grand Diplôme Professionnel is a 10 months intensive program that will fast track your career in the culinary arts. Through four levels of study, you will develop technical skills moving from basic to more advanced techniques in cuisine and pastry while earning important industry certifications and gaining real-life work experience.

Grand Dîplome: Earn the renowned Grand Dîplome from the school that started it all. This intensive and systematic program combines the full curriculum of both the Cuisine and Pâtisserie programs. Upon completion, you will earn both the cuisine and pâtisserie (Pastry) diplomas.

Cuisine: Learn the art of French cuisine from a school that has a renowned reputation for culinary excellence since 1894.

Pastry: Learn the art of French pastry from world class chefs who come to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa from the finest hotels and restaurants.
