The Culinary Trust scholarship foundation of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) provides financial assistance to individuals pursuing or furthering their career in the culinary arts. The award selection is based on merit, food-industry work experience and financial need.
NEW for the 2012-2013 scholarship cycle: The recipient of the 2012-2013 award receives a partial tuition credit towards the nine month Diplôme de Cuisine Program to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.

The James Beard Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to individuals pursuing or furthering their career in the culinary arts. This scholarship is awarded based on grades, extracurricular activities including work experience, letters of recommendation, and financial need.
This award is given out once a year. Currently for 2011 scholarships, the recipient of this award receives one full-tuition credit of $5,500 CAD toward tuition for the 10 months Le Grand Diplôme Professionnel program or 18 month Grand Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.
