For the Culinary Enthusiast - No Experience Required!

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is pleased to offer a full schedule of culinary classes ranging from one afternoon to four days long. Experience a variety of culinary topics, such as mastering flavours from different cultures, planning and preparing meals for special occasions, and exploring new ways to use your favourite ingredients. Taught by our Master Chef instructors, these courses offer something for everyone, from a beginner to an industry professional.

Note: Due to course content, facility limitations, and student ability, it may not be possible for students to recreate all of the recipes during the practical session.
